The Rules of Use of the Multi-event Ticket The Arsenal’s Friends are an addition to the Rules of Conduct in the Volga-and-Vyatka Branch of the A. S. Pushkin State Museum of Visual Arts located at the address: Nizhny Novgorod, Kremlin, building 6, the Arsenal (hereafter referred to as the Branch) and shall define the manner of circulation of all types of the multi-event ticket.

 

  1. General provisions

1.1. Buying a multi-event ticket, the visitor shall thereby agree to the Rules of Conduct in the Branch, and Rules of Use of the Multi-event Ticket and associated with the chosen multi-event ticket services and features.

1.2. The cost of the multi-event ticket and services made available for the holder of the multi-event ticket will depend on the multi-event ticket chosen.

1.3. The Branch shall reserve their right to introduction of changes to these Rules without a prior notification thereof of the holders of multi-event tickets. The effective version of the Rules shall be populated on the official site of the Branch and as a hard copy in the ticket office of the Branch.

1.4. Each buyer of a multi-event ticket shall have an electronic multi-event ticket with the unique identity number, and with the multi-event ticket’s type, validity term, and holder’s name and last name specified.

1.5. The validity term of the multi-event ticket shall be specified in its front side and be 190 or 380 days starting from the moment of purchase. The multi-event ticket shall be automatically activated at the moment of payment therefor.

1.6. The multi-event ticket is a personalized ticket and shall not be liable to exchange for other persons’ tickets or transfer to other persons. The procedure of re-issue of the multi-event ticket with a different holder’s name within the term of validity of the multi-event ticket shall not be available.

1.7. The Branch shall reserve their right to demanding of the multi-event ticket’s holder to produce an ID.

1.8. The Branch shall reserve their right to the unilateral revocation of a holder’s multi-event ticket if such holder or their guests violate the Rules of Conduct in the Branch or these Rules of Use of the Multi-event Ticket.

1.9. Some halls of the Branch may be temporarily closed for visitors within the validity term of the multi-event ticket. Such missed opportunity of visiting the closed halls by the holder of the multi-event ticket cannot be a reason for lodging of a claim against the Branch.

1.10. The Branch shall circulate on a regular basis to the holder’s email specified by the holder in the application questionnaire newsletters informing the multi-event ticket holders of the news of the Branch and inviting the holders to the events held by the Branch.   1. Visiting the Branch

2.1. Entry to the exhibitions held by the Branch is made possible through producing an electronic multi-event ticket or an ID of the holder of the multi-event ticket at the points of the ticket inspection.

2.2. An electronic multi-event ticket is valid to be produced for the ticket inspection when shown on the screen of a smartphone.

2.3. A multi-event ticket’s holder’s guests may enter the Branch only when accompanied by the holder of the multi-event ticket.

2.4. When a holder of a multi-event ticket encounters a queue of visitors to the Branch, they and their guests in the number corresponding to the type of the multi-event ticket can resort to their right to entry ahead of the queue, if such rule of entry ahead of the queue is effective at the moment within the general Rules of Conduct in the Branch.

 

  1. Certificates

When The Arsenal’s Friends multi-event ticket is purchased as a gift for a third party, the purchaser shall be given a Gift Certificate to be sent to the email of the grantee. The multi-event ticket will be activated at the moment of the purchase of the certificate.

 

  1. Refund

4.1. Certificates and multi-event tickets of The Arsenal’s Friends type are liable to a refund within 7 days on purchase provided that the holder of the multi-event ticket of The Arsenal’s Friends type has not used such for entry into the Branch or participation in the events (Clause 26.1 of the Consumer Protection Law).

4.2. If a refund of a multi-event ticket is claimed outside the terms indicated in Clause 6.1 hereof, or if such has been used for an entry, the Branch shall reserve its right to rejection of the holder’s claim of refund of the multi-event ticket’s cost.

4.3. The transfer of funds within the refund process is to be effected in physical currency or through a bank depending on the method of payment which was chosen for the purchase of the multi-event ticket.

4.4. In order to arrange a refund at the ticket office the visitor shall fill in the approved refund claim form, hand in the certificate, and produce an ID. If the multi-event ticket was paid for with a bank card, the return of the cost of the multi-event ticket can be effected only back to the bank card which has been used for the payment. The time span which the return of the cost of the multi-event ticket to the visitor’s bank card takes will depend on the issuer bank of the card. To perform the refund, the visitor must have the bank card with them.

 

  1. Personal data processing

When they buy any type of personalized multi-event ticket, the purchaser being the subject of the personal data acting personally shall thereby give the Branch their written confirmation of their decision to submit their personal data to the Branch and of their consent for processing of such (both with and without means of automation) responsibly, of their own free will and volition, and to their own advantage. Simultaneously with the signing of the application form and purchasing of the multi-event ticket the purchaser being the subject of the personal data shall thereby be informed and agree that

processing of their personal data shall be performed by the Branch on the basis of Clause 1 of Part 1 of Article 6, and Clause 5 of Part 1 of Article 6 of Federal Law of 27 July 2006 № 152-FZ, On personal data. The customer thereby gives the Branch their consent for the processing of their following personal data: family name, name, patronymic, date of birth, telephone number, and email.

The purpose of processing the Customer’s personal data shall be the fulfilment by the Branch of the conditions of the multi-event ticket. The Branch shall have the right to collection, record, classification, accumulation, storage, specification (renewal and change), retrieval, use, circulation (population, disclosure, and making available to third Parties), anonymization, protection, deletion, and destruction of the data within the procedure of processing of the purchaser’s personal data. The personal data shall be stored in accordance with the effective law of the Russian Federation. The consent for processing by the Branch of the personal data may be revoked by the purchaser or their authorized representative by submitting the respective written notification to the address of the Branch. Even if the purchaser or their authorized representative revoke their consent for the processing of their personal data, the Branch may continue processing their personal data without the Customer’s consent in the presence of the basis for such processing as stipulated by Clauses 2 through 11 of Part 1 of Article 6, by Part 2 of Article 10 and by Part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law of 27 July 2006 №152-FZ, On personal data.
