To visit our museum, you may buy an electronic ticket for a specific date at the site of the Arsenal. You can do it on the day of the visit, but we recommend doing it beforehand as the number of available tickets is limited. Tickets are normally made available for sale in two weeks prior to the visit date.

Rights to discounts continue. The visitor with a reduced-price ticket should have a document confirming their right to the discount and show it at the ticket inspection. For your safety, an electronic reduced-price ticket is not required to be exchanged for a paper ticket at the ticket office.

Tickets to exhibitions for any types of visitors can be purchased at the site of the Museum. You can also buy tickets offline from the ticket office located in the right wing of the Arsenal building.

The ticket purchase, payments and refunds are done following the provisions of Clause 5 of the User Agreement. You can claim a refund before the date of the visit indicated in the ticket (up to 11:59 pm of the previous day). To claim a refund, please fill in the online form of the refund claim.

Visiting the museum with a guide

  1. Choosing the necessary tickets

You can purchase up to 6 tickets of the same kind per order.

If you are making several orders, make them one by one (create an order, confirm it, then create the next one); otherwise, your order cannot be confirmed.

  1. Confirming the order

To finalize the process of the purchase you will have to specify in the order form your first name, middle name, and last name, phone number, and email to which the electronic ticket will be sent. To avoid discrepancies please check all the data you fill in the form when creating an order.

  1. Payment for the order and receiving the tickets

After confirming the order the site will populate an online to-be-paid bill with the NOT PAID status.

After pressing the Pay button the site will redirect you to the secure payment page of the Gazprombank JSC, where you will be asked to fill in the details of your bank card. If your authorization is a success, the site will generate a notification of the payment performed and/or description of how the service is to be used.

If the order remains unpaid for for 30 minutes, it will be annulled.

You can receive your tickets from the ticket office of the museum without having an electronic ticket; to do this, name the unique number of your order to the cashier.

You can exchange an electronic ticket for a reduced-price ticket only if you produce  a document confirming your right to the discount.

  1. Ticket refunds

Refunds are done in accordance with the RF Law of 7 February 1992 N 2300-1, Concerning the protection of consumers’ rights, on conditions of Clause 5 of the User Agreement following the refund claim of the customer (the form of the claim is here).

Because of the features of merchant acquiring, refunds can be made only with the use of the details of the bank card which has been used for the payment.

No partial refunds are possible.

Safety guarantees

The safety of the transactions is provided by the acquirer bank, Gazprombank JSC, making use of up-to-date protocols and technologies designed by the payment systems MIR, Visa International and Mastercard Worldwide (3D-Secure: Verified by VISA, Mastercard SecureCode, MirAccept). Processing of the received personal details of the Cardholder is done in the processing centre of the Bank which has been certified by the PCI DSS standard. The transferred data are secured with the help of the modern safe Internet protocols.
